If your chips have not yet been granted, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance, and we will ensure that your chips are granted promptly. If we are unable to grant your chips, you may cancel your payment by contacting customer support. In this case, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refund Policy: Refunds are not available once chips have been granted. If chips have not been granted, please contact customer support, and we will address the issue by granting your chips. Should we be unable to grant the chips, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. Please note that if you request a refund after chips have been granted, your account will be frozen once any outstanding balance has been settled.
